General Gameplay
Is it free to join?
Yes! Luicart Giveaway is 100% free to play. You just need a valid local mobile number to sign in.
How do I earn points?
There are three ways to score: 1) Click 'Earn' to get +5 points for yourself. 2) Support a friend to send +2 points to them (you don't get points, but they might help you back!). 3) Unlock the Bonus Grid to find hidden +1 point rewards.
Strategy & Limits
Why can't I click 'Earn' and 'Support' at the same time?
You have to choose! Both actions share the same 1-hour cooldown. You must decide if you want to gain points for yourself (+5) or help a friend (+2).
Why does the button say 'Blocked by Support'?
If you choose to Support a friend, you are locked into that mode until your support limit (5/5) is used up or the timer resets. You cannot switch back to Earn until the support session is done.
Winning & Prizes
How is the winner chosen?
The winner is the person ranked #1 on the Leaderboard exactly when the countdown timer hits 00:00. The system is automatic. If there is a tie, the person who reached the score first wins.
How do I claim my prize?
If you win, a special 'Winner Card' will appear on your dashboard with a secret 4-digit code. Our team will contact you directly to arrange the pickup. You simply need to show us this code to verify your win and collect the prize.
Can I join if I am on an island?
Yes! Residents from any island can join. If you win but cannot come to collect the prize yourself, we can hand it over to a friend or family member on your behalf. You just need to send them your Winner Code so they can show it to us for verification.
